REPAIR SERVICES

At ACP Distributing we do non-warranty repairs for Panasonic phone systems, phones and other related items like power supplies, system cards, etc.

Please note that we do not perform any Panasonic Warranty repairs. In-warranty items should be handled directly through Panasonic using their contact and mailing address info below:

FAQs

Is there a flat fee for repair services? Do you provide estimates?

All repairs costing up to $60 in parts & labor will be completed, billed and shipped back with return shipping costs added.

For customers who are not on payment terms or who do not have current payment information on file, all work up to $60 parts & labor will be completed and you will be invoiced for payment of repair costs and return shipping. Your items will be shipped out upon receipt of payment in full.

Any and all repairs estimated to cost greater than $60 will result in us contacting you to obtain your authorization to proceed.

If you want an estimate before labor is completed on any repair, including repairs costing $60 or less, please specify "ESTIMATE ONLY"

How long will it take to get my repair completed and returned to me?

Time frames for repair can vary depending on a number of factors

Parts availability and leadtime

For submitting repairs for estimate please take the following steps:

1) Carefully protect and package your product for shipping to ACP (in person drop-offs are welcomed as well for our local customers)

2) Be sure to include all necessary parts to effectively troubleshoot & repair your item (example: send both the cordless phone AND the matching base station for older 2.4GHz phones).

3) Include in the package the following details to better expedite the repair/estimate process:

-Model information for the item to be repaired

-A detailed description of the problems needing repair

-Your preferred contact information (name of the person to contact about the repairs, your business name, phone# & email address)

- Send the package complete with the above details to:
